Oooh man, I’m excited about this. I don’t know where you find this stuff, but I’m gonna try this out this weekend. Maybe even cook up a fresh schwarma with this new knowledge.

Shwarma is the king of all meat sandwiches. Imagine if greco started serving them instead of that crap meat in their donairs.

You can’t spit here in Ottawa without hitting a Shawarma place. Seriously, on my girlfriends walk to work, she passes AT LEAST 10 of them. Ottawatonians love their shaved meat.
I got something similar to a Shawarma in Austria, but they called it a Ka-bob. (I dunno how to spell it, that’s just how they yelled it at us). We ordered 2, and between them there was a minimum of about 10 lbs of this meaty crap. The first pound or two was fantastic, but being stupid and manly, I attempted to eat at least my 5. I spent the rest of the day napping, sipping water and watching MTV in german.

ooooh man, I just tried this recipe out. Fresh Tzatziki sauce from the market, pita’s hot from the oven, a little chicken and veggies, and a tall cold glass of Sleeman’s Cream Ale. It was incredible… I think I saw God.
